Free Shipping Policy

At RopeBeast™️, we are proud to offer free shipping nationwide to all our customers. This means that wherever you are in the Philippines, your RopeBeast orders will be delivered without additional cost.

  • Metro Manila: 2-6 business days, depending on payment method
  • Provinces: 2-10 business days

 

How to Track Your Order

Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status. Please note, some areas may experience delays, particularly in remote regions.

 

Lost or Missing Packages

In case your package is lost or missing, please email us at info@ropebeast.com. We will investigate the issue and work with our delivery partners to resolve it. Make sure to double-check your shipping details during checkout to avoid errors.

 

Delivery Times by Payment Method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):

    • Metro Manila: 3-6 business days

    • Provinces: 4-10 business days

  • Paid Orders (Paypal, GCash, Bank Deposit, Credit/Debit Cards):

    • Metro Manila: 2-4 business days

    • Provinces: 3-8 business days

 

Cancellations and Failed Deliveries

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. If the courier has attempted delivery 2-3 times and was unsuccessful, the order may be canceled, and you may be blacklisted from future COD purchases.

  • Failed Deliveries: If your address or name is blacklisted due to repeated failed deliveries, please contact us to resolve the issue.
