Returns and Refunds
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
2. Items that are damaged, deformed or defective can be exchanged within 7 days upon receipt. Outside this timeline, the items could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control which could have contributed to the damage, deformity or defect.
Here's what you need to do:
1. Email us at email@example.com with the information below.
- Order number (you can find this on your email address with your confirmation email). If you happen to order via Facebook Page, just present your Complete name and we will search it manually.
- Items needed for refund.
- Reasons for refund.
- Refund method, please send your Bank account or where do you want your refund to be deposited.
2. Your refund will be processed in 2-3 days after receiving the items on our office.
If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!
Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
