Order Cancellations & Returns and Refunds at RopeBeast™️

At RopeBeast, we strive to ensure a smooth experience with your purchases, but we understand that sometimes, things don’t go as planned. Our Returns and Refunds policy covers orders that were damaged, defective, or incorrect. You can cancel your order before it ships, and for eligible items, you may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product.


Order Cancellations

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once the shipping process begins, orders can no longer be canceled.

1. Eligible Products Products eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges are those received with defects, deformities, or damages. Buyer’s remorse or change of mind is not covered under our policy.
2. Timeline You can exchange or refund items that are damaged, deformed, or defective within 7 days upon receipt. After 7 days, we cannot be responsible for damages caused by factors beyond our control.
3. Non-Refundable Items Opened and used consumable products are non-refundable. Due to hygiene standards and merchant limitations, we cannot take back these items after use.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at info@ropebeast.com with the following details:
   • Order number
   • Items for refund/exchange
   • Reason for refund
   • Refund method (include your bank account or desired method for the refund)
2. Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 2-3 days.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
• Refunds will not be issued if the order did not arrive due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
